Being based in Berlin, Germany, we are happy that CLR has not only been successful in the international, but also in the German market for many years. During the last two years, we have been able to constantly expand our business. In order to be able to continue this positive development for the German market, we now reorganized our Sales Team Germany.
From our internal sales team Ms. Claudia Claassen and Ms. Petra Anni Angermann are responsible for technical support of our German customers. Both have many years of experience in the cosmetics market and give competent advice on the use of cosmetic active ingredients with high market potential.
They are supported by Mrs. Ruth Petersen in internal sales and Mr. Benjamin Urrejola in order processing. Mr. Urrejola has been looking after customers in the German market for many years.
The team is led by Mr. Ralf Kuschnereit as Director Global Sales/Customer Service. Explaining his motivation for the re-organization of the team he says: “We see a continuing strong growth in demand in the German market for efficient and well-documented active ingredients for the cosmetics industry. We want to meet this demand with our reorganized team and continue to offer our customers the best possible service also in the future.”
In the Corona pandemic, we succeeded in maintaining close contact with our customers through video conferencing and various digital offers. However, since personal customer contact is very important to us we will, whenever possible, cultivate face-to-face contacts again in the future during visits, conferences and seminars.
