New Customer Service Department

We are pleased to announce the restructuring of our Sales Department, to create a more customer-facing environment. The former Sales Department, based in Berlin, will henceforth be known as the Customer Service Department and the sales people will have the new title of Customer Service Representative. Thomas Preis, our Sales Manager will now be our Head of Customer Service.

Your current contacts will not change, Svetlana Spann, Chaiya Ostrowski, Benjamin Urrejola and Frank Hepke will still be working with the same customers. We are looking forward to seeing the benefits of this change in terms of enhanced relationships with customers, distributors and agents.

New CLR team member

Christelle Gay is the newest member of the CLR team, hired as sales person for CLR France.

She has experience at iesLabo (Inolex Provence) where she had positions in R&D and in Sales.



CLR achieved AEO status

CLR is proud to announce that we have achieved the AEO status. The Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) was introduced in 2007 by the World Customs Organisation (WCO). It focuses on securing the supply chain against terrorism and demonstrates this security to customs authorities and business partners. Companies with an AEO status benefit from quicker access to certain simplified customs procedures and, in some cases, the right to ‘fast-track’ their shipments through certain customs and safety and security procedures. Today, the AEO status is an internationally recognized quality mark indicating that your role in the international supply chain is secure, and that your customs controls and procedures are efficient and compliant.
